The project
Project overview.
USS Formwork supported K2 Construction on the concrete structure at 56 Ramsay Road, Five Dock. The single-building project comprises seven levels over two basement levels, with photographed works spanning basement reinforcement, wall and slab formwork, temporary support and concrete placement.
The challenge
The two basement levels and constrained urban footprint required formwork, access, lifting and concrete activities to be carefully coordinated as the structure progressed.
Our approach
Basement and suspended slab formwork, vertical elements, temporary support and reinforcement interfaces were staged around the tower crane and concrete placement sequence.
The outcome
The project records identify August 2026 as the completion date for the seven-level concrete structure.
