The project
Project overview.
USS Formwork supported concrete structure delivery at 37 Reis Street, working across two buildings, six levels and one basement level. The project was delivered for JASARA between March and September 2023, with formwork activities coordinated around the structural sequence and site programme.
The challenge
Coordinating the structural sequence across two buildings required clear planning of work areas, formwork cycles and interfaces between basement and upper-level construction.
Our approach
The work was planned by building and level so formwork, reinforcement and concrete activities could progress in a coordinated sequence with JASARA and the wider project team.
The outcome
The recorded project programme reached completion in September 2023 after delivery across the two-building structure.
