The project
Project overview.
USS Formwork worked with BehBuild on the reinforced concrete structure at 18 Jeanette Street. The project comprised two levels over one basement, with slab reinforcement, edge formwork and concrete placement coordinated across a compact residential site.
The challenge
The compact residential site required materials, reinforcement, formwork and concrete operations to be sequenced within a limited working area.
Our approach
Slab and edge formwork was coordinated with reinforcement and concrete placement in practical stages suited to the compact site and low-rise structure.
The outcome
The recorded concrete structure works reached completion in June 2025.
